How the form building tool works:

• Choose from a wide range of elements to build your forms.

• Popular elements include: images, diagrams, headings, text, number scales, tick-boxes and signature boxes.

• Move elements around so that they appear in an order that is intuitive to you.

• Experiment with your forms as much as you like before you ‘publish’ them.

• Add and delete elements at any time.

• Choose as many or as few elements as you need.

• Send forms direct to your client. You can add a signature element if you’d like the content of the form to be approved by your client.

• Once sent all forms will be stored in your client’s records for future reference. No more lost paperwork!

• Add as many forms as you like to your personal library.

• Replicate hard copy forms you use already but in a digital format.

• Special elements can be added on request - get in touch if there is element you would like to see that we have not already included.
